(Unit of weight) In a dream, a unit of weight represents a criterion, or commandingwhat is good and forbidding what is evil. It also means admonition, reprimand, power, authority, guidance, truthfulness, writing or signing an agreement, or it could represent the burdens of one’s sins. (Also see Measure”; Unit of weight)
Depression, burdened, as in Luggage. Or it may be an admonition not to take things so seriously. May also refer to your ability to “weigh” the facts.
1. If overweight, one’s sense of self is negative.
2. If trim, one’s concept of self is good.
3. Burdens one carries.
4. If one feels lighter, then a “weight” may have been lifted off one’s shoulders.
5. Overweight may also mean that one is carrying too many responsibilities.
If you dream of lifting weights, then you are building up your emotional and psychological strength to handle the challenges you face or to carry the burden that have been weighing heavy on you.
If you dream of being overweight or underweight, then this could be a venting dream assisting you to release your concerns with being unable to take control of your life. Alternatively, if you dream of something or someone that is heavy, then this can also reflect effectiveness, power and status, as in a “heavy hitter.” And perhaps this dream is a message for you to carry your own weight.
